Design

A true living-room console, reduced to the essentials.

Target enclosure of 22 × 16 × 6 cm, around 1.8 kg, external power supply and through-flow cooling. The design aims to save volume without sacrificing ventilation or connectivity.

Compact enclosure

Dark chassis with rounded edges, GGRM light strip, horizontal or vertical orientation via stand. The concept targets a volume of around 2.1 litres.

Accessible connectivity

HDMI 2.1, USB4 / USB-C, USB-A, 2.5 Gb/s Ethernet, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 7 are part of the functional target.

GGRM controller

A controller matching the Galaxy design is envisioned: symmetrical sticks, advanced vibration, USB-C and conventional controls. Final functions remain to be confirmed.

Lighting identity

The supplied logo is used as the visual basis. On the console, the GGRM monogram and neon line create an immediately recognisable signature.

This target is not an official benchmark; it describes the intended product level. The figures below would need to be validated on a prototype.

Artificial intelligence

Reconstructing a higher-resolution image from a lighter internal render may save GPU power when the algorithm and game are compatible.

Sharpness and reconstruction

The goal is to improve perceived detail, edges and temporal stability without claiming to invent data the game does not provide.

Adaptive settings

The system could automatically adjust selected parameters according to load, temperature and framerate target.

Frame generation / reconstruction

A function envisioned only when the architecture and game support it. It does not replace a sufficient native framerate and may affect latency.

The general-purpose engine

The CPU handles game logic, simulation, systems, networking and background tasks. An 8-core / 16-thread target provides a modern foundation while remaining realistic for a compact console.

32 GB unified: target

Unified memory could allow the CPU, GPU and AI engines to share resources more efficiently. Final capacity would depend on cost and available bandwidth.

Storage

1 TB NVMe SSD

Goal: short loading times, fast asset streaming and enough space for several modern games. Expansion could be planned.

Cooling

Vapour chamber + dual airflow

In such a small enclosure, cooling is the priority: large heatsink, vapour chamber, controlled ventilation and an external power supply.

Modern living room

HDMI 2.1, 2.5G Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth and USB4 are envisioned for TVs, 120 Hz displays, accessories and networking.

Fast, family-friendly interface

The system would target simple profiles, a clear library, a family mode and understandable “Quality / Balanced / 120 FPS” settings.
